Legal Counsel - Commercial
Commercial Legal Counsel opportunity based in the Northampton region with hybrid working arrangements on offer.
The role will include reviewing, drafting and negotiating on a broad range of commercial agreements plus supporting on litigation, employment and regulatory compliance.
Candidate Requirements
- UK Qualified Solicitor with either an In-House or Private Practice background.
- Experience in a broad range of commercial law matters including drafting, reviewing and advising on a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Additional exposure within litigation, employment and compliance would be advantageous.
- Have a commercial outlook who understands business needs with a strong work ethic and be highly motivated.
- Excellent planning, attention to detail, organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to tight time schedules.
Salary at £70,000 - £85,000 per annum plus bonus, benefits and hybrid flexible working
