A dedicated Law Firm are looking for a devoted Residential Solicitor to welcome into their West End team.
The Residential Solicitor Role
The successful Residential Solicitor will be joining a niche Law Firm who specialise only in Property and are experts with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing.
The Residential Solicitor will be dealing with instructions from start to completion in varied caseloads, from Freehold and Leasehold, to Landlord and Tenant, Transfer of equity, to Re-mortgaging to first time buyers purchasing their new home.
The Residential Solicitor will need to be passionate about their Legal Property career and eager to develop even further.
The Residential Solicitor
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
- Ideally 3+ PQE
- Previous experience within Residential Property preferred
- Driven by providing expertise
- Confident with Clients and Business Development
