An awarding-winning law firm is looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE to join the busy team in Bristol.
The team has grown consistently since inception and has strengths at all levels of fee earning and support, enabling them to professionally and sympathetically manage the affairs, assets, and estates of clients who, for various reasons, lack the capacity to manage their own finances.
Due to the nature of the work a mixture of skills will make you successful in this role, which would include:
Your focus will be to act primarily for victims of accidents, many of whom have suffered serious brain damage as well as other life changing injuries. This can be through deputyships, personal injury trusts and powers of attorneys.
The firm offers a highly competitive salary in addition to a full benefits package, as well as partner-led training and development.
