Commercial law firm in Norwich is looking to recruit two Commercial Litigation Solicitors or Barristers – one of 1 to 4 and the other of 5 or more years’ PQE/Call. The team advises national and international companies, government clients and individuals in the following types of commercial disputes: • Breach of contract claims (including breach of warranty) • Shareholder actions • Director’s duties • Partnership disputes • Disputes relating to commercial agents, dealerships and distribution agreements • Corporate/director fraud • Regulatory obligations and health and safety compliance • Professional negligence • Defamation • Insolvency and restructuring
