Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Private Healthcare)
Birmingham (£50,000 - £60,000)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join our growing team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on private healthcare matters.
The Role
As part of a renowned healthcare team, ranked in the top tier for Defendant Clinical Negligence in both Chambers and Legal 500. Your caseload will be challenging yet highly rewarding, where you will gain exposure to high-value and complex Clinical Negligence cases working on behalf of:
- Insured independent Hospital Groups
- Insured healthcare practitioners
- Medical malpractice insurers and their insured
The Person
The role will suit an outgoing and ambitious team-player with 3+ post-qualification experience. You will be confident, motivated and eager to develop long-lasting relationships. The role offers flexible working (2 days in office), a competitive salary and fantastic opportunities for growth.
