A legal-500 award winning firm are looking for a confident Corporate Tax Solicitor to join their experienced corporate team in their Nottingham office.
The Corporate Tax Solicitor’s Role
The successful Corporate Tax Solicitor will aid with complex tax issues across a range of areas including public and private M&A, reorganisations and demergers, real estate, funds, cross-border transactions and insolvency and restructuring matters.
The Corporate Tax Solicitor will also work closely with other departments such as corporate, PE, real estate, employment, pensions and litigation groups.
The Tax Lawyer:
- Qualified solicitor/lawyer
- Experience in corporate/business Tax matters
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication skills
