Paralegal
Pontefract
This exciting Yorkshire based firm is looking for a Paralegal to join the private client department and work across its Pontefract and Castleford offices. You, the successful Paralegal, will have a minimum of two years’ experience within a relevant role. Ideally, you will have experience in a variety of probate areas where you have developed a broad skillset.
The Paralegal will be expected to attend meetings with clients for instructions, provide advice on care home fees, prepare Wills including tax advice, estate and long-term planning, administration of estates, preparation of and dealing with Powers of Attorney, dealing with trusts and deputyship applications.
The role may be perfect for either a Paralegal, CILEx qualified or an experienced probate secretary.
If you are successful in securing the Paralegal role you will be expected to work across both the Castleford and Pontefract offices.
