Legal Support Manager - working for one of the City’s most dynamic City law firms (c200 people in total) as their Legal Support Manager.
This is a stand alone role and you will be spear heading the strategy and day to day operations of a PA team that supports top tier fee earners in a dynamic and forward thinking firm.
The role will have you taking on projects for your group and being the point of contact for all the other business support functions (HR, Finance, Marketing etc.). You will also be responsible for the career management of the groups PA’s and secretaries including appraisals and performance management. You will need previous high-level EA or PA experience in a law firm and will have exposure to secretarial management.
You will be a committed leader who thrives on progressing staff and will want to be actively involved in the firms D&I initiatives.
Please note experience from a law firm is highly desirable.
