An opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Employment Law Solicitor of ideally 3-6 worth of strong PQE already under their belt to join a Tier 1 ranked employment team.
Their Employment team is quite simply superb, and has all the rankings and commendations you would expect including in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. Due to ever-increasing levels of work and the continuing growth of the department, this is an opportunity to join this expert team and deal with a high quality range of both contentious and non-contentious work. On offer is broad and varied caseload across all areas of employment law with a particular focus on litigation work (including representation at professional regulatory body hearings), high-value and complex corporate support and workforce planning and a unique HR support offering for the team's employer clients. Clients will include nationally recognised organisations and you can expect to provide ongoing HR and employment support to them to include advising on internal processes as well as strategic employment matters.
The ideal candidate is going to be ambitious and hard-working, commercially aware, with strong links in the Devon and Cornwall region, and you will have the ability both to enhance the firm's reputation through your delivery of exceptional client service and also your natural ability to grow the client base through effective business development.
