The Personal Injury Solicitor role will involve managing your own caseload of defended EL and PL pre-litigation and litigated claims as well as more senior members of the team on higher value and more complex claims. This is also a varied role and the team currently handle cases within:
 
Experience in other areas of law is desirable they are as follows:

• Employers Liability
• Public Liability
• Product Liability
• Health and Safety/Regulatory

Experience in any of these areas of law is desirable. 
 
To be considered for this role you will be a qualified solicitor with proven experience in a legal based environment handling claims, both pre-litigation and post litigation.
