Great opportunity for a planning solicitor to join the Manchester office of a highly regarded regional firm.

The Role
You will work alongside experienced planning lawyers on broad range of planning matters to include:

-The team act on contentious and non-contentious matters including strategic planning, environmental statements, judicial review and statutory challenges, rights of way, commons and town and village greens, infrastructure agreements as well as complex highways and planning agreements.
-They act for a broad mix of clients including those in the public sector, local government, developers, investors and funders, infrastructure providers, statutory undertakers, registered providers and landowners.
-This is a great opportunity for an experienced planning lawyer to work on an interesting caseload and be part of a growing team.
