Do you have 3 years of Company Secretarial experience in client-facing roles? This hybrid-working role can offer you a chance to step into an Assistant Manager position, working within a collaborative team in Dublin city centre. You will get the chance to build your client relationship management skills with a varied portfolio of corporate entities and regulated funds clients.
As a Company Secretarial Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Client Management and New Client Onboarding
  • Attending board and shareholder meetings (collate/prepare board reports)
  • Regulatory and Statutory filings
  • Compliance (Due Diligence/AML/KYC)
  • Execution of transactions (capital increases, participations, distribution of dividends)
  • Drafting Corporate Services Agreements
  • Managing and advising junior team members
Key Requirements:
  • 3 years’ of Company Secretarial experience
  • ICSA/CGI qualified or part-qualified
  • Understanding of the Companies Act 2014 and the CBI requirements
  • Board Support (including minute taking)
This role will offer you hybrid-working, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
