Residential Property Lawyer - Full or Part time

Top 200 law firm are looking to recruit an additional lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) into their award winning residential property team.  This team handle a high quality, low volume caseload of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, many of which are high net worth.  

This is a rare and unusual opportunity to join the team in a non-transactional role, dealing with drafting duties such as:

• Lease extensions
• Document drafting
• Deeds of variation
• Equity release mortgages
• Transfer of land
• Easement drafting

You will also assist with the supervision of a paralegal.

This is a mid to senior level position and therefore you will have a solid background of at least 4 years experience in residential conveyancing and will join the firm at associate or senior associate level.
