Description
- Handling a caseload of industrial disease claims including noise-induced hearing loss, asbestos-related diseases, and other industrial diseases
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence, including letters of claim and witness statements
- Conducting legal research and preparing court bundles
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and third parties
- Assisting the senior members of the team with their caseloads
- Undertaking administrative tasks to support the team's work
Profile
- Previous experience as an Industrial Disease Paralegal is beneficial
- A strong understanding of industrial disease claims and the relevant legal processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- An ambitious and proactive approach to work
- A strong academic background with a law degree or equivalent qualification is desirable
