The firm has a large and experienced team of legal professionals, including solicitors, barristers, and legal executives, who work collaboratively to provide clients with the highest level of expertise and service.

Description

  • Handling a caseload of industrial disease claims including noise-induced hearing loss, asbestos-related diseases, and other industrial diseases
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence, including letters of claim and witness statements
  • Conducting legal research and preparing court bundles
  • Communicating with clients, witnesses, and third parties
  • Assisting the senior members of the team with their caseloads
  • Undertaking administrative tasks to support the team's work

Profile

  • Previous experience as an Industrial Disease Paralegal is beneficial
  • A strong understanding of industrial disease claims and the relevant legal processes
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • An ambitious and proactive approach to work
  • A strong academic background with a law degree or equivalent qualification is desirable
