Insolvency Dispute Resolution Associate, Jersey

Our client is a leading international law firm, they are looking for an Associate to join their Jersey office.

The team is internationally recognised as having premier insolvency and corporate recovery amongst International Financial Centre law firms. They have played a leading role in the development of insolvency law in a number of the jurisdictions in which they operate.

The team are experts in advising insolvency practitioners, hedge funds, private equity, creditors, debtors and stakeholders on areas including distressed collective investment vehicles, enforcement proceedings, fraud and asset tracing banking disputes and complex cross-border restructurings and much more.

You will be a qualified lawyer in England & Wales at NQ or above gained at a reputable firm.
