Overdales Open Day: Legal Recoveries Associate

Are you interested in opportunities at Overdales but would like to learn more? We're welcoming you to visit our state-of-the-art offices in Leeds Valley Park. You'll have the chance to speak to colleagues about the role and learn more about our mission to make credit work better for all.

We have start dates in March and April and following the success of our last event we're holing another Open Day to interview and offer talented candidates.

Event Details:

Date: Saturday the 11th March

Time: You will be allocated a time slot between 10am and 12 Noon

Estimated Duration: 2 hours

Location: An in-person event at Ellington House, 9 Savannah Way, Leeds, LS10 1AB (plenty of free parking!)

Dress code: Smart casual

The role:

If you're passionate about Customer Service and you enjoy helping people who are in financial difficulties then we would love you to be part of our TOP performing Legal Recoveries team!

As a Legal Recoveries Associate you will be offering affordable repayment plans in conjunction with litigation processes to customers whose accounts have fallen into arrears, so you'll really be able to empathise and understand each customers' unique circumstances. You'll go the extra mile to help our customers, and regularly review their situation to ensure payment arrangements are still suitable and affordable.
