New Build Conveyancing Paralegal
West Yorkshire
Experienced Conveyancing Paralegal/Assistant required for a well-respected, award winning mid-sized law firm in Wakefield.
The role will be in the firm's New Build Property Department where you will be joining an expanding specialist team dealing with new build sales and purchases.
The ideal candidate should have good experience of working in this specialised area of Conveyancing, and you should have a solid working knowledge of areas such as ''Sale of Part'', Help to Buy schemes, developer deadlines, and New Home Warranty schemes.
This is a great role for those who want to further their career working at a highly regarded West Yorkshire Firm, in a specialised area, with a competitive salary and genuine career prospects.
