An opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer has arisen at an established traditional law firm in south Birmingham.
This office-based firm prides itself on serving its local community whilst also serving clients both nationally and internationally. The role would entail managing a busy and fulfilling case load whilst dealing with all things conveyancing, including matters pertaining to freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, plot sales, and re-mortgages to name a few.
My client is looking for a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail with 5 years or more experience within residential conveyancing. You will work in a close-knit team, working alongside the head of department in a group containing two other conveyancers and a support staff of five secretaries.
This is a great opportunity for a customer/client centric individual, as this role would offer face to face client exposure from the get-go.
