My client, a highly regarded top Legal 500 firm are looking for a talented Solicitor to join their Court of Protection team based in Manchester.
As one of the UK's leading firms of solicitors, they have a dedicated and experienced team who specialise in all matters relating to the Court of Protection.
The successful candidate will join the Partner to provide clients with expert legal advice and help them with all financial management matters, from planning and investments, to tax returns and accounting.
Your role will involve:
- Take instructions from clients and give legal advice.
- Opportunity to manage own caseload, while also assisting the Partners and senior team members on High Value cases.
- Review cases and other relevant matters with supervisor to ensure quality legal advice is provided.
What they are looking for
- 2-3 PQE with a Court of Protection background
- Highly organised
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
