JOB TITLE: Immigration Solicitor
PQE: 2 +years’
LOCATION: Bedfordshire
SALARY: c£30,000 - £35,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
The successful Immigration Solicitor will be reporting to the Supervising Partner and be tasked with handling a variety of matters including (but not limited to), VISA applications (business, work, student, family, visitors) sponsor licence applications, advice on migrant employees, settlement in the UK/Indefinite leave to Remain, extensions applications, British Citizenship, Human Rights and Asylum, deportation and removals, subject access requests and EEA applications. This is a full-time role which will require you to be fully office based.

THE CANDIDATE:
As an experienced Immigration Solicitor, you will be at least 2 years’ PQE with a demonstrable background in Business and Private Immigration matters. You will possess excellent client care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of Conduct. Strong IT skills are essential together with effective business development skills and proven marketing strategies. You must have the capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets, and proven experience of handling your own caseload.
