Funds Paralegal

Taylor Root have recently partnered with an elite US law firm in London, who are currently looking for a Funds Paralegal to join them on a intial 6-month FTC basis.

The Firm is widely recognised as one of the largest and most successful Global Law Firms in the world and has operated on behalf of some of the largest public companies, private equity firms and financial institutions for over 90 years.

If successful, you will be joining one of the biggest credit funds team within the London market and will be focused on working with the transaction team with various responsibilities, including but not limited to managing investor transfer files, transaction management (Monitoring, tracking collating etc) fund formation and structuring, due diligence, fund formation and structuring, due diligence, and transaction closing.

The ideal candidate will have at least six months experience working in the funds or transactional team of a leading law firm. They should also have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and a client-focused commitment to delivering high-quality work.
