We have been directly instructed on an exciting opportunity with a leading international law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced self sufficient Catastrophic Injury Solicitor at Senior Associate/ Associate level to join their Catastrophic Injury team in Birmingham.

The Role
The successful candidate will assist the leading Partner and senior litigators as necessary with a mixed caseload of high-value EL/PL and motor claims for a range of clients alongside their own high value caseload.
The cases in this team are generally valued at £250,000 and over and usually £1m+, giving you the opportunity to work on some of the highest quality work on behalf a number of key clients:

• London Market Insurers
• Large composite Insurers
• EL/PL and motor insurers
• Corporates
   

Requirements
The Partner is seeking an aspirational Solicitor who is self sufficient and well experienced in high value multi-track claims arising from EL/PL and/ or motor claims including large loss/ catastrophic injury.

The role is suitable for a current Associate looking to move up to Senior Associate or Senior Associate looking for a clear pathway to Legal Director.

This Lawyer will have the opportunity to join a modern law firm, and who will have the ability to make a name for themselves quickly, and we anticipate that you will be given opportunities not normally available to them in other practices.
