Major national law firm seeks IP NQ+ Solicitor to join their successful partner led IP practice in Birmingham.

In this exciting role you'll be working in a dedicated team handling a challenging mix of contentious and non-contentious IP matters, covering both soft IP and IP disputes work drawn from diverse clients with UK and international interests. The quality of the work is very high and consistent and the team is widely regarded as one of the leading lights when it comes to IP work in the Midlands.

The firm's IP expertise is all encompassing, covering all aspects of intellectual property such as patents, designs, copyright, trade marks, databases, passing off, parallel importing, anti-counterfeiting, confidentiality, and media.

Ideally you will have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice or other leading IP practice. You'll be able to point to good technical legal skills and a commercial, client led approach. Applications are welcomed from trainee solicitors qualifying in 2023 with at least one IP seat under your belt or due to flexibility within the team, you may be a qualified IP lawyer with anything up to circa 5 years PQE.
