Healthcare Lawyer

A healthcare lawyer role has become available for a solicitor with Court of Protection experience. You will be working for the government, in a large and well-established team including senior, junior, and support staff.

You will manage Court of Protection proceedings and related requests for legal advice. Secondary responsibilities of the role include advising on inquests, undertaking advocacy where necessary, and providing general advice on healthcare issues.

The salary for this particular role is £56,164 per annum, and will rise to a maximum of £65,262 per annum, with potential to progress to more senior roles in future.

You must be a qualified solicitor, and on the roll of solicitors for England and Wales. The role is mostly remote working, however occasional travel to Cardiff will be necessary.
