PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years

SALARY: Up to £62,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regulatory Solicitor or Barrister to play a vital role in driving the success of a case management team. Taking responsibility for managing a team of legally qualified caseworkers you will ensure an efficient and effective service for members of the public and registered professionals. You will also be responsible for your own caseload of complex and high-profile cases. This role will be providing cover for circa 12 months due to a period of maternity leave.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with substantial experience of handling regulatory investigations and case work. You will also possess previous team management experience, ideally gained within a regulatory department. You will have exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage a complex caseload, attend hearings and motivate and drive a team forward. This role offers a friendly and welcoming working environment, the ability to work 80% from home, and a motivated, experienced team to work with.
