We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a prominent Legal 500 recognised firm, based in their London office.

The Firm

Our client is a highly reputable practice with multiple Legal 500 recognised departments.

The firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their established Commercial Litigation Department in London. The position would suit an ambitious Solicitor looking to take on high quality cases and work as part of a fantastic, down to earth team.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will work directly alongside the department's highly regarded, Legal 500 recognised Partners.

You will be responsible for handling varied, high-quality work on behalf of both UK and International clients spanning multiple industry sectors, including retail, food and drink, and hotel and leisure. The work will include:

  • County Court and High Court litigation
  • Partnership, Shareholder and Director disputes
  • Franchising disputes
  • Contractual disputes
  • Intellectual property disputes

Requirements

  • 3-4 years' PQE in commercial litigation
  • Experience managing a varied commercial litigation caseload
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team
  • Passionate and enthusiastic
