Are you an ambitious corporate senior solicitor/associate looking for a new challenge? If so, I am working on a fantastic opportunity with a well renowned firm based in Edinburgh which is looking for an eager corporate senior solicitor/associate to join their highly regarded team.

Your responsibilities will include a wide range of matters, including all aspects of corporate and technology activity and general commercial and business-related advice in relation to investments, sales, acquisitions, shareholder agreements, intellectual property agreements and commercial contracts (not an exhaustive list). You will also be responsible for providing clients with a first-class service and maintaining positive client relationships.
The successful candidate will be a personable senior solicitor/associate who is genuinely passionate about corporate law. You will have sound communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
