Real Estate (Residential)/Projects Paralegal

A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, is looking for a Real Estate/Projects paralegal in their London office. The role is permanent and will involve a number of key areas from undertaking sales and purchases of residential properties, to undertaking residential lease extensions (acting for both landlord and tenant).

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, and deal with Street Property acquisition and sales, auction disposals, complete SDLT returns, land transfers (TR1 and TP1), draft full Reports on title, invoicing, reports etc., among a wide range of general paralegal duties.

The successful applicant will have strong analytical skills, an excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage their own caseload, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates must possess excellent academics, including a good law degree (min:2:1 or equivalent), and excellent IT and organisational skills.

Our client is specifically looking for candidates with at least 18 months of continuous experience at a well-known law firm in a similar role.
