Real Estate (Development Sales)/Projects Paralegal

A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, is looking for a Real Estate/Projects paralegal in their London office. The role is permanent and will involve assisting the team on various transactions including day to day asset management work for residential transactions and statutory agreements, with a focus on Development Sales.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of high-volume property sales, handling both shared ownership and outright sales, assisting fee earners in relation to post-completion requirements, submitting registration applications to HMLR, and dealing with requisitions raised by HMLR. It is highly desirable that applicants have experience of completing SDLT returns, and drafting/reporting on contracts and other documentation.

The successful applicant will have strong analytical skills, an excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage their own caseload, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates must possess excellent academics, including a good law degree (min:2:1 or equivalent), and excellent IT and organisational skills.

Our client has a preference for candidates to have at least 12 Months' continuous experience gained from a well-known law firm in a similar role.
