This highly regarded global law firm is currently seeking an experienced common law hedge funds lawyer to join their high-ranking city team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years post qualified experience from a major international or city firm, candidates from top ranking Australian, New Zealand and other international jurisdictions will also be welcomed.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to some of the best and most diverse hedge fund work the city has to offer. With a focus on fund formation, providing advice on the spectrum of issues, including structures, regulation, as well as ancillary issues such as data security, taxation, investor, and employee terms.
