Our client, a highly regarded city practice has a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious disputes lawyer to join its high-ranking Contentious Trusts team.
The growing team handles a breadth of high value, complex probate disputes. The team regularly acts on many of the leading cases in the pensions and private wealth industries and before the highest courts. The team's clients range from pension scheme trustees to sponsoring employers; high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and dynastic families to the trustees and advisers who support them, from multi-nationals and banks to charities and not-for-profits; from actuaries and scheme administrators to lawyers and documentation providers.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience in an established contentious trusts team together with a strong academic profile,
