New opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a reputable firm based in Lincolnshire.
Working in a close knit and successful team you will be responsible for all aspects of conveyancing. Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with Sales, Purchases, Transfers of Equity, Remortgages, Equity Release, New Build, Shared Ownership and Help to Buy
- Providing technical expertise, training and guidance to junior team members
You will have excellent client care skills and the ability to deal with client matters in a sensitive manner. In addition you will have excellent communication skills and get involved with marketing and business development with the firm.
