Commercial Legal Counsel, Manchester/Edinburgh, 3+

Our client is a global wealth manager, looking to appoint a commercial contracts lawyer to its EMEA Legal team in Manchester or Edinburgh.

In this role you will be at the intersection of business, finance, and technology and engage in negotiations of vendor contracts focusing primarily on technology procurement as well as agreements for procurement of other goods and services including consulting services, business process outsourcing, and information technology-related services.

You will have circa 3 years' PQE gained from a top law firm and/or a tech or financial services business, advising on software licensing and development contracts, technology and business outsourcing transactions.

You will either be based in Manchester or Edinburg or be looking to relocate there.
