My client is looking for a Company Secretarial Manager to oversee their Jersey team. Based in St. Helier, my client is a global trust and corporate management company which is looking to build their team. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Responsibilities:
 
- Client relationship management and oversight of a portfolio of varied entities.
- Developing regulatory, compliance and risk management policies and procedures
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are implemented for clients
- Board support (minutes, resolutions, etc)
- Statutory returns, client records, 
- Reviewing financial statements and other legal documents
- Financial affairs management of the team (budgeting, monitoring against performance, etc)
- Delivery of ad-hoc projects

Key skills:

- CGI/ICSA qualified
- Expertise in technical matters relating to corporate entities
- Understanding of corporate governance/legislation in Jersey
- Prior team management experience
