THE ROLE
We have a role for a Legal Counsel c 2 - 8 PQE, to handle a broad commercial, business facing role.
You will be working as a member of an established team reporting to the Head of Legal
You will be advising on and drafting; Commercial contracts, IT, software, outsourcing agreements, terms and conditions of business, policies.
Contracts for promotions and marketing
Risk managment
THE CANDIDATE
You will have a solid academic background, strong technical skills, ideally with in house experience
Candidates with telecoms sector experience would be of particular interest
You will have the enthusiasm and drive to play a key role in the development of a fast growing business as a key member of an established legal department
Split working arrangements will be available
