THE ROLE
A commercial litigation solicitor is sought to handle collective actions in the Competition Appeal Tribunal or group litigation in the High Court.
ABOUT YOU
With 1- 5 PQE, and qualified in England & Wales, you will have strong academics coupled with experience gained at a leading firm where you will have had exposure to excellent work and training.
The firm does not require candidates to have specific knowledge of competition law or class actions and representative actions, but expects candidates to be willing to learn and be interested in being involved in a new and rapidly developing area of the law.
Entrepreneurial and versatile, you will need to have good teamwork and communication skills and be well organised.
