THE FIRM

A long-established law firm which advises high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and SME's.

Traditionally the firm has been known for its restructuring and insolvency law know-how and now wishes to expand its commercial litigation team.

THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity for a commercial litigation associate 3-6 pqe to join a very successful and friendly team in Holborn.

You will be supporting the commercial litigation team to service existing SME clients and to develop a new client base in this area.

You will do this with the support of the partners and colleagues in other departments working closely with paralegal and admin support.

THE CANDIDATE

Both technically excellent but equally important, commercially astute, and enthusiastic about business development.

You will have gained some post qualification experience in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, ideally including contractual disputes, property litigation and insolvency.

You should also have some experience or running your own caseload under supervision whilst also assisting on larger and more complex cases.
