Employment Lawyer (Employee Incentives) – 1+ PQE - Suffolk – A leading law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Employee Incentives Lawyer into their busy team.  Job Ref: 1499

JOB TITLE: Employment Lawyer (Employee Incentives)
PQE: 1+ PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
A full service and growing practice are keen to appoint an experienced Solicitor into their specialist team. The appointed Lawyer will be advising on the design and implantation of reward structures, advising on commercial and practical issues in relation to the structure and implementation of such reward structures as well as draft a range of share plan documentation.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a strong track record in corporate, employment or trust law work as Employee Incentives experience is not essential the passion to undertake this type of work is! Applications are welcome from Lawyers with at least 1 years PQE in the above area of law and you will also possess strong drafting skills, along with the ability to provide a strong client focussed approach.
