In-House Commercial Paralegal (12 Month FTC)

Our client is a notable Trade Body based in London, and they are looking for a readily-available and highly experienced Paralegal to join them on a 12 Month FTC basis. This role will be conducted on a Hybrid basis (roughly 50/50 office/remote working).

Reporting to the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel, this role has a focus on the drafting and negotiating of Commercial, Data, and Licensing Contracts with external supplies and customers. This role will involve the management and advice on contracts for the purchase and sale of data. As such, this role will require extensive research on Compliance, Data Protection, Procurement, Litigation and IP matters.

Applicants must have relevant and significant experience, be highly motivated and enthusiastic, and able to commence work at relatively short notice.
