THE ROLE
Working within this national first class property litigation team
One of the largest dedicated property litigation teams in the UK, which works closely on a national basis with other offices
Handling complex and high-value property litigation and advisory work across a wide range of contentious property issues
Regularly running complex cases to trial up to and including Supreme Court level and particularly active in the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber)
Interesting and varied caseload ranging from advising on vacant possession strategies to restrictive covenants and rights to light disputes
Representing an enviable client-base including developers, retailers and educational institutions.

REQUIREMENTS
2+ PQE
Experience gained in a recognised property disputes team
An individual who enjoys resolving problems and disputes, devising strategic solutions for and working closely with clients
Confident and prepared to be involved in business development
