An outstanding law firm is seeking a Legal Support Manager to join their established business services team. The firm has a strong expertise in financial services, technology, media, travel, and professional services sectors. Led by a strong team of partners, they continue to expand their international presence in North America and Europe paving way to expand the internal team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned manager to advance their career in a highly progressive and entrepreneurial environment.
The Role:
- Managing a large legal support team including executive secretaries, legal assistants, junior legal assistants and admin assistants
- Establishing and maintaining solid relationships with senior stakeholders and head of departments to ensure their teams are well supported
- Working with the recruitment team to attract new team members
- Overseeing the delivery of change management initiatives and projects
- Liaising with other departments including marketing, finance and compliance to ensure business requirements are met
- Any other ad hoc task requirement by the business
To Qualify:
- Must have 2-3 years of proven management experience gained from an international law firm or professional services firm
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to provide clear direction and motivate employees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong IT skills
- Must be contactable out of hours and be prepared to work additional hours, when necessary
