Duties but not limited to: 
  • Possess comprehensive technical knowledge of all aspects of Residential Conveyancing transactions
  • Manage a caseload, which includes attending meetings with clients to obtain instructions and providing ongoing support throughout the matter
  • Prepare and draft all necessary correspondence and documentation for each transaction, utilizing existing computer resources
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, third-party solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction
  • Ensure efficient organisation of correspondence and documentation, maintaining proper file and case management
  • Organise payments and receipts in collaboration with the accounts team
  • Adhere to practice procedures related to client care and file review systems, including the selection of experts, maintaining a central diary, and registering undertakings
  • Conduct additional research to supplement case details as needed
