Family Lawyer / 5+ PQE / Tyne & Wear / £55,000 - £60,000 DOE. This firm based in the North East are actively seeking an experienced and thriving Family Lawyer to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be joining the department at a busy time and so the appointed candidate will be coming into a substantial existing caseload. Job Ref: 1504

THE ROLE:

This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Family Lawyer with upwards of 5 years’ experience managing their own caseload of matters under minimal supervision. The successful candidate will get the chance to work on an interesting and complex case load of purely private matters.

Our client has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Family Lawyer to work on an interesting and complex caseload of purely private matters. You will be responsible for handling a broad caseload of Family matters and will provide helpful support and well-informed advice efficiently whilst being sympathetic and approachable. The appointed Family Lawyer will deal with a case load of matters to include, but not limited to, divorce, financial matters and cohabitation disputes. The successful Family Lawyer must be committed to understanding client’s requirements in order to provide accurate and effective advice.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Family Lawyers who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You will have gained at least 5 years’ experience within family law and will be confident in dealing with family matters. To be successful in this role, you will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential. Client care is a top priority for this firm; thus, you must be committed to understanding client’s requirements to provide accurate and effective advice.
