Corporate/Commercial Solicitor

We are seeking to recruit several Corporate/Commercial Solicitors for a leading Top 70 multi-office practice with a national focus.

Based in Cambridge, the day-to-day will cover a range of corporate commercial matters including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, sales, and purchases of businesses, share options, agency agreements, consumer contracts and framework agreements. Providing a defined career path, you will be working closely with Legal 500 recognised lawyers, whilst supporting clients across a range of sectors.

The experience level is open at this stage, our client is recruiting across all PQE ranges. Applicants from a private practice or in-house background are encouraged to apply. We are seeking someone with the ability to develop new relationships, experience in IT law would be beneficial but not essential.

On offer is a competitive salary dependant on experience level, 25 days leave plus bank holidays, health insurance, life assurance and a hybrid working arrangement.
