Corporate Commercial Solicitor 2PQE+ Essex

Well regarded Essex based firm has a new opening to suit a company commercial solicitor to join their successful L500 rated team.

Our client has a strong reputation for corporate and commercial work covering transactional M&A, disposals, reorganisations, joint ventures and financing work as well as drafting terms of sale and other commercial agreements as well as dealing with IP and data protection issues. The firm handles matters on behalf of clients with both UK and international interests.

Keen to strengthen the team, the firm is looking for a solicitor ideally with at least ca2 yearsPQE+ in corporate transactional or company commercial work. This role would suit a lawyer practising in the local Essex market and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the area. Hybrid working is offered.

You will have good technical skills and a client focused approach along with a track record of working on corporate deals and/or commercial work.
