Commercial Property Lawyer

A local authority based in Surrey is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer for an initial 3-month contract.

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will be required to hold a caseload covering the following matters:

• Acquisitions and disposals,
• Right to buy transactions,
• Preparing reports on title and carry out searches,
• Leases and licences,
• Deeds of variation,
• Registration of transactions at the Land Registry,
• Major development agreements,
• Regeneration projects and,
• Attend all meetings as required.

Candidates must possess the above experience and have a current practising certificate in order to be considered. Previous public sector experience is highly advantageous.

This is a hybrid working role with 2 days in the office, and 3 days working from home.

Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are seeking interim candidates available on no more than 2 weeks’ notice.
