Our client is an award winning international legal practice seeking a Senior Associate/Associate Director to join their Corporate team in London to focus on M&A and VC transactions in the Life Sciences and Healthcare Sector.
The team operates in the mid-market for mergers, acquisitions and venture capital transactions working with companies at all stages of development, from early-stage pre-revenue biotechnology companies through to listed plcs, as well as investment funds and investment banks operating within the life sciences sector.
To be successful in this role, you will have in-depth and specific knowledge and experience of M&A and VC work within the life sciences and healthcare sector which will have been gained at a firm with a strong reputation in this area, or in-house.
You will have a deep understanding of the life sciences industry, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
