This well known UK practice is continuing its rapid expansion in the area and is now looking for an experienced Solicitor to lead its corporate offering in Liverpool. Linking up with the wider national team, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced corporate solicitor to enjoy the benefits of a growing entrepreneurial practice but with the support and security of a larger firm. This opportunity would suit a current partner looking to move away from the "red tape" of a large law firm, or a senior associate / legal director looking to make a name in the area.

The Candidate

- Corporate Senior Associate/ Legal Director or Partner
- Some following or business case
- Strong transactional experience
- Solid academic record
- An interest in helping to grow a practice
