THE ROLE:
As the appointed Family Solicitor your responsibilities will include not only handling your own caseload but also leading the family department. Handling the broad remit of privately funded family law matters, the successful Family Solicitor will be expected to possess the ability to advise on divorce and separation, cohabitation agreements, financial and property settlements and children matters. You will also be expected to develop client base as well as maintain the existing clients of the team. Ideal Family Lawyers will be strong business developers and be actively encouraged to network and business develop within the local market.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will either be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at 2+ years PQE in handling your own caseload of privately funded family matters. Ideal Family Lawyers will have some experience of managing / mentoring a team and sound technical expertise in dealing with all types of family law matters. With a strong record in advising on the full spectrum of family law, you will be able to demonstrate good leadership skills along with the ambition and desire to lead and develop a team.
