I am looking for a Company Secretary to support the Chair and Board in my client's Crewe offices. As a Company Secretary, you will be offered an extensive benefits package, including hybrid-working, life insurance and a bonus scheme.
 
My client is a reputable insurance and employee health benefits provider, with just under half a million customers across their region, helping support families with insurance/health benefits requirements. As such, in this Company Secretary role, you will get the opportunity to support the efficient and effective running of the Chair and the Board.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Board support (advising, board packs, drafting minutes, agendas)
  • Companies House Filings
  • Flings with the Mutuals Register and FCA/PRA
  • Annual review of the Board
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advising on a range of legal/governance matters (Terms of Reference, Contractual Arrangements, Mergers and Takeovers)
